Purchasing tickets in advance allows for smoother entry. If tickets are not purchased beforehand, there may be a wait time.

For the Tembo Deck (¥2,100), the wait time is approximately 60 minutes. For both the Tembo Deck and Tembo Galleria (¥3,100), the wait time is around 90 minutes. We recommend the latter option, so plan for about 2 hours for the visit. If you include a meal, it’s best to allow for 3 hours.

There are restaurants located on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

For groups, it is necessary to reserve both a large bus and tickets in advance. Our company is experienced with group tours, and we coordinate the route with the tour guide to ensure there is no waiting time for the guests. The bus will stop on the 1st floor, and the group will use a dedicated check-in and a private elevator to ascend.
